There are options to choose from when utilizing the services from Don Moss and Associates. The following options are available, and you may choose those which will benefit your agency the most and that fit into your agency budget.

Information Services Retainer:

Don Moss & Associates, Inc. will provide regular informational services to you through written, telephone, fax or other means on those matters which are important to the conduct of your programs. Typically this is done through our almost daily newsletter that contains industry information and resources important to you such as news from DHS/DDD, legislation and legislative actions, federal news affecting our industry as well as training/presentation opportunities and employment opportunities from around the country. We also provide a forum for you to share information about innovative programs you may want your colleagues to know about, fundraising events, and employment opportunities within your organization. These informational services are provided to the Executive Director and up to three other staff persons of their choice. 

Full Service Retainer

All of the Information Services above are included with the Full Service Retainer as well as additional services such as technical assistance and troubleshooting with key administrative issues including, payment delays, policy changes and program issues. Representation to State Government to inform them and increase their knowledge of your agency's concerns and needs. Advocating with the General Assembly and their staff to engage decision makers in support of your agency objectives. Responding to informational questions quickly and making every effort to obtain answers for you and when needed we will facilitate meetings to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. It’s like having a part-time staff person based in Springfield to address those time consuming issues for you. This service is provided to the Executive Director and up to five other staff persons of their choice.
