DMA has been an invaluable support to the Illinois Self-Advocacy Alliance (The Alliance) over the years. From sharing advocacy resources with its membership to facilitating a webinar for self-advocates about getting involved in the legislative proces, DMA has been an ally in the Illinois self-advocacy movement. DMA also connected The Alliance with ISC's to assist with the collaborative regional trainings we presented with The Arc of Illinois during spring 2019. DMA is a living representation of "we are much stronger when we are working together".
